At Noir Hair, everything revolves around passion, craftsmanship, and transparency. The brand is inspired out of a deep-rooted fascination with hair and the different textures that make every woman unique. My name is Faith, a Nigerian Dutch woman, and from a young age, I was fascinated by creating hairstyles. What started with braiding dolls' hair and styling my friends' hair has grown into a lifelong passion for hair and its possibilities. Although I was encouraged by my surroundings to pursue a traditional career, as an adult I decided to follow my passion for hair and turn it into a successful business: Noir Hair.

Together with Melanie, a driven entrepreneur with 14 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, we are taking our shared passion for hair and beauty to the next level. Melanie owns her own successful salon and specializes in international hair trends and techniques. After gaining experience in the UK and following international training, she worked at major fashion shows and photoshoots, such as Milan Fashion Week. She has further expanded her expertise as an educator for various big brands. With her in-depth knowledge of the latest coloring and styling methods, she helps salons across the Netherlands improve their techniques. Her mission is to make every woman shine and show her most beautiful and powerful self.

Additionally, we collaborate with my good friend Dung, a successful entrepreneur of Vietnamese descent. Dung has years of experience running successful businesses in the Netherlands and Indonesia, and her business insight is the perfect complement to our expertise in hair care and products. Together, we decided to search for the best hair suppliers who could offer the high-quality products we were looking for. Dung personally traveled to Vietnam and Indonesia, countries known for producing premium hair. There, she worked closely with local suppliers, spending a lot of time and care selecting only the very best hair. This involved not only testing samples but also building long-term relationships with reliable suppliers who understand the importance of quality and sustainability.

At Noir Hair, we bring together the unique talents of three entrepreneurial women. Together, we combine our passion for hair and business with in-depth knowledge of the industry. We exclusively offer premium raw and remy hair, carefully selected and sourced directly from a single donor. Our goal is to provide women with high-quality hair products that are not only beautiful but also sustainably and ethically produced. We aim to guide our customers through every step of their purchase and help them understand why investing in quality hair is so important.
