Please note: Extensions can be colored, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for extensions that have been treated with a chemical or non-chemical color treatment.
How long can I expect my Noir Hair extensions to last?
With the right care and maintenance, our Remy hair extensions can last 1-2 years, while our raw virgin hair may last up to 4 years. The lifespan of extensions depends on proper care and can be shortened if they are not maintained correctly or undergo coloring or other chemical treatments.

Invest in high-quality professional salon quality oils, shampoos, conditioners, and leave-in treatments. Ensure you only use sunscreens that are specially formulated for hair extensions to extend their longevity. For additional care tips, check out our aftercare page here.

B2B QUESTIONS
I have created a business account, what’s next?
We follow a selection process to ensure the quality of our network. If you want to create a business account, you must meet the following requirements: a valid Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number, a VAT number, and active involvement in the beauty industry. After registration, our team will carefully review your information. We will contact you within 48 hours. If you haven’t heard from us after 48 hours, feel free to call us for more information. We look forward to working with you!
Why do you offer multiple attachment methods?
Simple! It’s never a one-size-fits-all solution. Every client is unique, and that calls for a custom approach. By offering multiple attachment methods, you don’t need to rely on multiple suppliers or deal with quality differences in your extensions. All our products are premium and of the highest quality. Do you have a client who needs a hybrid method for a stunning end result? You can effortlessly combine K-tips with a genius weft in the same color and quality to create the best possible result for your client.
I’m new to the hair extensions industry. Do you also offer training?
We offer various types of training. You can find our offerings on the Education page. Training sessions can take place in your salon, such as training your entire team, or in a 1:1 format. Additionally, we offer regular masterclasses in a group setting. In-salon training can be requested, while you can book a masterclass directly through our webshop
