Shipping Policy
1. Delivery for in-stock products
Products in stock are delivered within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. For shipments outside the Netherlands, delivery times vary between 3-5 business days.
2. Delivery for bulk and custom orders
Bulk and custom orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-6 weeks, depending on the specifications and complexity of the order.
3. B2B Starter Packages
Starter packages for B2B customers are customized and tailored to specific needs, with a delivery time of 3-6 weeks.
4. Indicative delivery times
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Noir Hair cannot be held liable for costs or damages resulting from delays in delivery times.
5. Carrier delays
Noir Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and does not offer compensation for such delays.
6. Damage during transport
Loss, breakage, theft, or other damage during transport will be reimbursed by Noir Hair only if:
• The shipment was sent with additional insurance coverage.
• Clear evidence of the damage is provided.
7. Free shipping
Noir Hair offers free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for exchange
Products can be exchanged within 14 days, provided the packaging seal is unbroken, undamaged, and not resealed. Customers acknowledge that hair products are categorized as cosmetics and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened, damaged, or altered.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only granted if the conditions in clause 1 are met.
3. Complaint reporting
Customers must report any dissatisfaction with the product within 7 days of delivery by emailing returns@noirhair.nl, including their name, order number, and reason for the complaint. Noir Hair will replace the product or issue a refund if the complaint is deemed valid.
4. Custom and personalized products
Customized products such as starter packages, custom orders, and bulk orders are made to the customer’s specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
5. No modifications after confirmation
Once customization details are confirmed, changes are no longer allowed.
6. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective upon delivery. Proof of defect must be provided in such cases.
7. Risk of return shipping
Returns sent without tracked shipping are at the customer’s own risk. Noir Hair is not liable for lost shipments, and no refunds will be issued for untracked returns.
8. Return forms
Return forms are available on Noir Hair’s website and are included with every order. A completed return form must accompany all returned products.
9. Refund approval
Refunds will only be processed once the return has been received and approved by Noir Hair in compliance with the stated conditions.
