Terms and Conditions Noir Hair Educations

Registration & Payment:

• Your registrations must be completed and paid in full via our webshop.
• Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation & Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the class to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for a future session, subject to availability.

Class Content:

• All training materials and techniques shared during the class are for educational purposes only.
• Recording or sharing content without prior written consent is prohibited.

Attendance:

• Participants are responsible for attending at the scheduled date, time, and location.
• Noir Hair is not liable for missed sessions.

Liability:

• Noir Hair is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages during the Master Classes. 
• Participants agree to follow safety guidelines provided by instructors.

Intellectual Property:

• All materials, methods, and branding strategies provided remain the intellectual property of Noir Hair and may not be replicated or redistributed.

Changes & Cancellations by Noir Hair:

• Noir Hair reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates or a full refund.
