Terms and Conditions for Custom Orders

1. Customization Details:
   All customization details, including length, color, texture, and extension type, must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
2. No Returns or Exchanges:
   Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
3. Production Time:
   3 to 6 weeks
4. Color and Texture Variations:
   Minor variations in color and texture may occur due to the natural nature of the hair and screen display settings. Noir Hair is not liable for these variations.
5. Care Instructions:
   Custom products are covered by Noir Hair’s warranty if care instructions are followed. Damage from chemical treatments or improper use is not covered.
6. Order Changes:
   Changes to customization details are not permitted after confirmation.
